Time to readable
44Continuous, not once
Speed is not a launch-day number.
Most small business sites are measured once, when they are built, and never again. A plugin update or an uncompressed photo added months later quietly costs visitors.
NegoTrack measures continuously, on a phone over mobile data, and keeps the history. The score is less useful than the shape of the line.
Knowing the gallery got 2.6 seconds slower the week new photos went up is actionable. Knowing you scored 61 is not.
Cause, in order
What is actually making it slow.
Every slow page is reported with what is causing the delay, ordered by how much time each thing costs.
Phrased so you can forward it to whoever maintains the site without translating it first, and so you can tell whether a quoted fix is worth what it costs.

Gallery slowed by 2.6 seconds
Compress the twelve photos added a fortnight ago. On mobile data this page now takes almost five seconds to become readable, and most visitors will not wait.

One measurement that keeps running.
- PageSpeed, run once at launch
- Testing on office broadband
- No history to compare against
- Never linking a change to a cause
- Finding out from a customer
- Continuous measurement
- One history per page
- One alert when it slips
Slow costs differently everywhere.
Where speed hurts depends on what the page is for. Pick one to see what NegoTrack watches.
The emergency page was the slowest on the site.
Urgent-intent visitors have the least patience. The page that most needs to be fast is often the one nobody optimised.

Frequently asked questions
How fast should my site be?
On mobile data, aim for something readable within two to three seconds. Past four or five, drop-off rises sharply. The absolute number matters less than the direction it is moving.
Will this tell me how to fix it?
It reports what is causing the delay in order of impact, phrased so you can forward it to whoever maintains the site. It does not change your website.
